Carlos has more than 20 years of experience in the advertising business and has worked at some of the most prestigious ad agencies in Brazil, like Young & Rubicam, Africa, and R/GA.

At Young & Rubicam Carlos spent 6 years as copywriter developing local and regional projects for Ford, Danone, Telefonica, Bradesco and TAM Airline accounts.

In 2006 Carlos joined Africa Propaganda as creative director, leading and developing integrated work for local and regional campaigns for Procter & Gamble, Itaú Bank, Budweiser, Brahma beer and Mitsubishi.  At Africa Carlos also acted as SVP Creative for 3 years.

Carlos has been working as ECD at R/GA for almost 3 years and has led the Creative Department developing projects for Nike, TIM, Google, Samsung and Bradesco Bank.

In his career, Carlos has been awarded at Cannes, The One Show, NY Festival, Midas Awards, Fiap, El Ojo de Iberoamérica and other award shows. He also created 2 of the most successful and viewed ads in the history of YouTube in Brazil: Joel Santana’s campaign for Procter & Gamble and Gabriel for Bradesco Bank, which won 2 Gold and 2 Silver prizes at Midas.
