Barbara Yolles is the architect of TMS’ marketing, communications, and strategic growth initiatives. Her 25+ years in the Agency world combined with her client-side experience at multi-billion dollar companies provides her a unique perspective on how to drive growth. As a seasoned advertising professional with a diverse client and industry portfolio, she is best known for driving game-changing solutions that fuel business success.
While her client-side experience ranges from quick service giant McDonald’s to United Shore, the nation’s #1 Wholesale Mortgage Lender, she’s best known for building a brand from the ground up and architecting in-house Agency concepts. Her leadership at United Shore drove 4X growth in four years while building out a 35-person in-house marketing Team.
In the Agency world, she served as CMO at Campbell Ewald and CGO at McCann North America where she led business development, marketing communications and was instrumental in repositioning the agencies among key growth prospects.
Prior to Campbell Ewald and McCann, Barbara was EVP, Group Managing Director at Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal & Partners leading integrated marketing initiatives for agency clients including Vanguard and TJX Corporation. The balance of her career was spent at Doner, Hair Cuttery and Ally & Gargano.
Skilled at team leadership, Barbara tests and perfects her strategies with “Team Yolles” — a.k.a her eight sons. In between her kids’ school, lacrosse, football and basketball, she enjoys traveling, runs competitively and plays classical piano.
