Adam Broitman

A digital agency veteran, Adam Broitman is tasked with overseeing social, mobile, local and other digital marketing channels around the world for MasterCard. Prior to joining the company, he served as chief creative strategist at Something Massive, a boutique digital agency specializing in content, community and loyalty.
Broitman was also the co-founder of Circ.us, a hybrid tech-creative firm, where he devised creative solutions for clients such as Cisco Systems, Red Bull, American Express, A&E, Ben & Jerry’s and Carl’s Jr. During his tenure there, Broitman co-founded social TV startup TV Dinner. Prior to that, he served as the director of strategy at crayon and the director of emerging and creative strategy at Morpheus Media. Broitman began his digital marketing career at Digitas working on the American Express team.

Cheryl Daly is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker for New York City’s Halstead Property LLC, a prominent Tri-State brokerage known for its innovative and award-winning in-house marketing and technology division. Working with her marketing and technology division, she develops uniquely tailored campaigns that fit the needs of properties and their target audience and that get the results her customers deserve. The advanced innovative thinking of this division combines marketing and technology to a new form known as Martech which constantly reinvents the direction the industry takes in marketing real estate.
Prior to entering real estate sales, Cheryl was a senior communications executive for television companies, including CBS, MSNBC, Group W and MTV Networks. She has also consulted for Oxygen and MTV Networks and for the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, which awards the EMMY for daytime, news and sports programming. She has served on the Board as Communications Vice President for New York Women in Film and Television. For more than a decade, she has applied the expertise and skills she acquired throughout her career to successfully serve her real estate customers – be they sellers or buyers of Manhattan and Brooklyn residences.

Chris D'Rozario

He began his career in India, where he twice won the Copywriter of the Year award and became the creative leader of India’s most admired agency while still in his twenties. Getting ahead of a globalized world, he spent three years in Singapore before moving to New York.

Chris has led the work for iconic brands like De Beers, Cadbury’s, Smirnoff, Rolex, OppenhemerFunds and NYSE, as well as global projects for clients like Unilever. Along the way he has won numerous awards and been featured multiple times in Adweek, Ad Age and the New York Times.

Ben Gartland

Ben Gartland is an Australian film director of commercials, documentaries and branded content for some of the world’s most trusted brands. He is Founder and Creative Director of Bengar Films (Melbourne) a leading independent agency for film and digital media and member of the Australian Directors Guild.
Gartland began his film career producing television commercials in Japan, China and Southeast Asia. He has written, produced and directed commercials for international advertising agencies, including Young & Rubicam Shanghai for Sony, Wellcom Korea for Hana Bank and Lowe HCMC for Unilever.
In Australia, Ben’s work has a foundation in commercials and branded content, with marquee clients such as National Australia Bank, Telstra and Australia Post. In 2013 he was awarded with more than ten international film and advertising awards for his work, recently including the Gold Hugo at the Chicago International Film Festival.
Over the last decade, Ben has worked with Australia’s leading brands in helping to improve consumer perception. His direction style is human, genuine and authentic, choosing to work with real people rather than actors. It is this fine metering, which has made him a specialist in storytelling with an unscripted voice.
Gartland has directed hundreds of commercials, documentaries and branded films.
With a “show, don’t tell” approach, he has become a leading authority for brands to expand ways of connecting with audiences with a more helpful and genuine tone.

Kobi Gulersen

Joining in 2011 as director of digital marketing, Kobi Gulersen is responsible for driving MasterCard Canada’s B2C and B2B digital strategy and execution, including mobile and eCommerce marketing, web marketing, social media and SEM/SEO. Kobi is currently on assignment in Sao Paulo as Director of Digital Marketing, Media and CRM for MasterCard Brazil.
Kobi has worked on everything from digital campaigns to traditional mass initiatives; website builds to promotional programs and sponsorship activations. Prior to MasterCard, Kobi developed communications programs for Nestle USA, Hewlett Packard, Glenfiddich and Gibson's at MacLaren McCann. Kobi has a passion for youth marketing, having pioneered new marketing strategies through a youth marketing agency he founded and later sold his ownership stake in. Kobi has developed marketing programs in Canada, the US and even the English Caribbean. His key client work experience included: Rogers Wireless, Scotiabank International, M.A.C. Cosmetics and L’Oreal Professionnel. Kobi was nominated in 2008 for BDC Entrepreneur of the Year, and was selected as Marketing Magazine’s Ones to Watch 2008 – Canada’s Top 10 under 30.

Devin Kennedy

After graduating from the University of Port Elizabeth with a B.com Industrial Psychology degree and completing a post graduate degree at AAA School of Advertising in Cape Town, morbid curiosity and the need to pay the rent made Devin Kennedy take his first job in Windhoek, Namibia. After a year stint and winning the Grand Prix at Namibia’s local advertising awards he decided to return to Cape Town in 1999 where he joined the King James Group as Junior Copywriter. About 21914 cups of coffee later, he was appointed Creative Director and a member of the Board in 2007 and Executive Creative Director in 2012.
For his sins, he has a generous helping of both local and international awards, which include golds at Cannes, Clios, One Show, London International, as well as Grand Prix and Ad of the Year in South Africa.

David Lennon

David Lennon is a creative director at Bloomberg, based in Manhattan, producing TV commercials, video content and multimedia sponsorships for a wide variety of Fortune 500 companies. David joined Bloomberg’s London creative team in 2000, pioneering the concept of pitching and producing TV commercials for smaller European clients who hadn’t advertised on television before. This role expanded into producing integrated campaign solutions for external clients across all of Bloomberg Media, globally.
In 2007, David moved to Bloomberg’s New York headquarters to head up a dedicated custom creative team and help increase revenue growth for Ad Sales. Current clients include GE Capital, Delta Air Lines, Chase, Siemens, Porsche as well as many of the world's leading companies.

Farfar was one of the world’s most successful digital agencies, ranked by The Gunn Report among the top 5 for the last five years, peaking at #1 in 2007. Erik has created numerous global, award-winning campaigns and worked with brands like Absolut Vodka, Adidas, Bjorn Borg, NGage, Nokia (including the pitch that won owners of Farfar, Isobar, the Global Digital Nokia account), Red Bull, Heineken and a bunch of Swedish brands. Before Erik joined Farfar he worked at awarded agencies Houdini (Sweden) and Dennis Interactive in New York. Erik has also acted as everything from CEO to janitor of his own company. Erik has as background as a Flash artist/Interactive designer and have studied script development, drama production, motion graphics/design, advertising, media, communication and more. Erik has been a frequent member of national and international juries and he’s held workshops in Cannes and other places. He was also in charge of the Farfar Academy—an education set up with renowned ad school Berghs in Stockholm, Sweden—educating young (digital) creatives and strategists. Erik was also recently shortlisted as Sweden’s most influential digital creatives and in March of 2011, W&V Magazine listed Erik as the 9th Best Creative Director in the World.

Venkat Patla

Jim Piercy

Ms. Srikant is the recipient of ‘Gramercy Institute’s 20 Rising Stars in Financial Marketing 2013’, ‘AWNY’s Advertising Working Mother of the Year 2012’. Kirti volunteers her time as Board of Director for the Financial Communications Society, supporting charities through the organizations’ works.
Kirti received her MBA from the Columbia Business School and a B.S. in corporate communications & marketing from the City University of New York. A native New Yorker, Kirti lives with her daughter and husband in FiDi.
